Party in the USA is a single by Miley Cyrus, taken from her new EP “Voyage to India”. The cd will be released on August 31, 2009 trough Hollywood Records to support Miley’s new clothing line at Wal-Mart.“Party in the U.S.A.” is an up-tempo track with “semi-autobiographical” lyrics that center around Cyrus’s move from Nashville, Tennessee to Los Angeles, California. The song also references Britney Spears and Jay-Z (his name is changed with Kanye West in the demo version) as artists who the song’s protagonist is listening to.
