SHARP-shooting George Clooney has hit the back of the net again...with a sultry Italian WAG.The Hollywood hunk’s latest squeeze is gorgeous Sardinian Elisabetta Canalis.
The 30-year-old hottie’s former strike partners include Fiorentina footie legend Christian Vieri, 35 and Parma hitman Reginaldo, 25.
But the Ocean’s Eleven star went straight for goal after they recently met in Rome.
Their first dinner date was at the restaurant of the upmarket Hotel Majestic a week ago.
Clooney then wasted no time whisking the Italian actress and TV presenter away to his romantic Lake Como home for some one-on-one training.
And the loved-up pair were spotted cruising the streets together during the 48-year-old’s annual Italian holiday.
A source said: “It looks like things have gone from first to fifth gear in no time.
It was very romantic, with Elisabetta riding pillion. They were enjoying the sights of the lake and surrounding mountains.
From what I saw, George was certainly admiring the scenery. You could say he was revved-up about the new lady in his life.”
Since splitting from wife Talia Balsam in 1993, lothario Clooney has enjoyed relationships with a string of women.
Among his conquests are Brit presenter Lisa Snowdon, actress Kelly Preston, French waitress Celine Balitran and actress Krista Allen.
Things seemed to be getting serious with his last girlfriend, 23-year-old cocktail waitress Lucy Wolvert.
But the pair broke up last month when they were on the verge of moving in together.
