Shipments of the swine flu vaccine are trickling in to local health departments.The Wheeling-Ohio County Health Department and the Belmont County Heath Department have received their shipments and distributed the vaccine to local hospitals.Medical professionals will be the first ones to receive the vaccine.As of Friday, there have been at least four reported deaths in Ohio because of the swine flu.
